It’s hard to know who to trust when calling a service professional but Chris at Freedom AC and Heating should be your first call. He is very informative and upfront with various options to meet your AC needs. We had an AC unit replaced as well as various other maintenance done on an older unit. He is quick to respond and truly cares about his clients.

Our AC died in the middle of the night in a heat wave, and Amanda called me first thing in the morning to take care of us. She’s extremely compassionate and personable on the phone and got us a same-day appointment!
We did end up going with another technician that could get to us a little quicker (everything minute counts when you have a baby in the house). However, I would be remiss not to acknowledge the phenomenal customer service I received from this company. Thanks a million, Amanda! You are a gem.

“we had our AC unit working again.”

I sent a request through Yelp & received a call back in about 30 minutes. They happened to have a technician coming back after another call and were able to send him. Edward did a great job. He ran diagnostics and found we had a pinhole leak. He offered a repair solution, added refrigerant and checked all parts of the system. He checked the temperature output of the vents a couple of times to be sure it was putting out cold air and getting colder each time. He made suggestions on how to take care of the system. Within a couple of hours after contacting Freedom AC & Heating, we had our AC unit working again. Couldn’t have asked for anything quicker. Seemed a little high in pricing but it is hard to judge since I haven’t had this problem in over 10 years.

“These guys are top notch professionals. The work they did for me, installing a whole new AC/heating heat pump, was done quickly and the final product even looks good. They added insulation and plate metal to the inside of the compartment the unit is mounted in and the piping looks very professional. See before and after photos.
A few days before the work was done the owner, Chris Steckler, inspected my old system, made recommendations, gave me options, and sent me a proposal that was easy to understand, with many payment options.

I called Freedom ac and heating at 7:00 pm. Honestly, I thought they weren’t gonna be able to help me since it was late and a day before the 4th of July, but Chris arranged an appointment, and 20 minutes later he was at my door he figured out a quick solution and got us cool air again guided us through every step and never tried using big and complicated words he went straight to the point and made everything easy to understand. Chris literally saved our life because it was just days before this heat wave. I don’t know what we would’ve done without the ac working
